          • 🚤 Private dock with boat slip, sunbathing platform, and shaded seating

That said, we’re always happy to offer local recommendations, help with anything that comes up, or answer questions about the house or lake.           • 🕓 Check-in: After 3:00 PM (early check-in is available for an additional fee) 

          • 🕙 Check-out: By 11:00 AM (late check-out is available for an additional fee) 

          • 🚭 No smoking inside the home 

          • 🐾 Pets are allowed for an additional fee 

          • 🚫 No unauthorized guests without prior approval 

          • 🔇 Please respect quiet hours: 11 PM – 7 AM 

          • 🧼 Please clean up after yourself and treat the home with care 

          • 🔥 Fire pit use is allowed—please supervise at all times and extinguish completely before leaving
